Working principle
卧式气流筛筛网为圆筒状,置于机体内,物料通过螺旋输送系统后与气流混合、雾化进入网筒内,通过网筒内风轮叶片使物料同时受离心力和旋风推进力,从而迫使物料喷射过网,由细料排出口排出,不能过网的物料沿筒壁从粗料排出口排出。
气流筛利用粉料微粒质量小而轻、易漂浮、流动性好的特点,将其充分扩散到气流中,粉料不再团聚,而是以单个微粒依次随气流透过筛网,因此气流筛的产量大、效率高、不粘网、不堵网孔、细度精确。
