用途

        ZPW20型包芯机采用全封闭式结构，工作室与外界隔离，保证了压片区域的清洁，不会造成与外界的交叉污染，压片采用不锈钢制作，符合药品生产的GMP要求。

该机用以压制包芯片，经过少许变动也可压制异形、环形、双层片。压片时转盘的速度，物料的充填深度，压片厚度均可调节，芯片可选片看样，压片的压力是液压系统设定的，并附有压力表显示、转速显示、产量显示、缺芯片自动删除，并具有压片过载停机。
　　ZPW20型旋转式包芯机，不仅适用于制药业对缓释片剂、避光控制、氧气保护以及压制二种相互不混合颗粒状物料的需要，还可以用于食品化工行业。
